Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday), excluding UK bank holidays.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

• £5.99 for orders under £99

• Free standard shipping on orders over £99

Express shipping 1–2 business days: £8.99

All shipments include tracking. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

United States

US orders are shipped via DHL Express, fully tracked, signed for, and insured. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch.

Shipping rates (calculated based on order value):

• Orders £0–£199.99: £55

• Orders £200–£399.99: £30

• Orders £400 and above: £15

Important: Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the price you pay at checkout. As of August 2025, all parcels entering the United States are subject to US customs charges regardless of value.

These charges are determined by US Customs based on the value, type, and country of origin of the item. Typical total charges range from 15–25% of order value and will be invoiced to you by the courier before delivery. Please factor these costs into your purchase decision.

Failure to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being returned, which forfeits the original shipping cost.

Other Countries

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and United States. Additional international destinations will be introduced gradually. To be notified when new countries are added, please subscribe to our mailing list.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us at ledoublewearshop@gmail.com so we can initiate an enquiry with the courier.

Packaging

Orders are sent in discreet, minimal packaging. Where possible, we reuse packaging materials and avoid unnecessary inserts or labels in order to reduce waste.
